Meet Chandler ZWIEFELHOFER
Hello SPS Family! I am Miss Chandler and I am new to the Bend area this year. I have been loving my first year as school counselor at Seven Peaks.
A few things that I enjoy doing in my free time are: reading, hiking, video chatting with my family back in Wisconsin, and trying new restaurants. I am all about adventure, trying on new experiences, filling my house with plants and watching Hallmark movies! :) Here’s to a great year! Go Eagles!!

2️⃣ Oxytocin: The Cuddle Hormone!
Oxytocin is like a warm hug for your brain. It's released when you snuggle your dog or cat, your favorite person, share a kind word, or even when you're feeling close to someone you care about. So, spread those good vibes and let the oxytocin flow! 🤗💕
3️⃣ Serotonin: The Mood Lifter!
Think of serotonin as your mood's best friend. When you do something positive, like helping a friend or achieving a goal, or volunteer at Street Dog Hero, serotonin steps in to make you feel proud and happy. It's like a high-five from your brain! 🙌😊
