Morning everyone....hope you are having a great day so far and having some fun from home. I have been enjoying creating lists of things for you all to do from home and will be having my boys help me in creating some videos soon to help keep you all busy and having fun. Today I have included another yoga video (17 mins) as well as a Spiderman workout video. The workout video is 4 mins long and I want you guys to do 2 rounds of it. Take a 1 minute break in-between the rounds. Have fun and channel your inner spidy senses.
