The countdown is on for our much-anticipated Annual School Gala on April 5th! With the theme "Farewell to Frost," it’s set to be an unforgettable night of fun, community, and giving back. Tickets are still on sale until March 30th, so don’t miss out on securing your spot!

Help Make Our Auction a Huge Success!

One of the most exciting parts of our gala is the fundraising auction, and we need YOUR help to make it truly spectacular! Whether you have a unique item or an unforgettable experience to contribute, there are so many ways to support our school.

Here’s How You Can Help:

 Donate Vacation Homes & Event Tickets – If you have access to a vacation home, sports games, or concert tickets, these make incredible auction items!
 Ask Your Favorite Businesses – Salons, dentists, fitness studios, and other service providers often love supporting local schools—just ask if they’d like to donate a gift certificate or service!
 Host an Experience or Themed Party – Some of the most popular auction items are experiences! Team up with other parents to host or create something special, such as:

•  Dinner Party with a Private Chef

•  Bocce Ball or Pickleball Tournament

•  Guided Snowshoe Adventure

•  Cookie Decorating or Baking Class

•  Cocktail-Making Class

•  Beer Tasting Tour in Bend

•  Spa-Themed Basket or At-Home Spa Night

•  Favorite Sweets Basket

 Sponsor a Staff Ticket or Business Sponsorship – If you’re unsure what to donate, consider sponsoring a teacher’s ticket or a business sponsorship here

 Submit an item using our online form 
 Drop off donations at the school office and we can add them to the online catalog
