Explorations in MYP
Discover, Create, and Grow: MYP Explorations at Seven Peaks School
At Seven Peaks School, every Friday brings a unique opportunity for our 6th–8th grade students to dive into MYP Explorations, a dynamic program designed to spark curiosity, develop new skills, and foster a spirit of discovery. These hands-on, real-world experiences are a beloved part of our Middle Years Programme (MYP), encouraging students to explore diverse interests beyond the classroom.
Each Friday, students can select from a wide array of engaging activities that introduce them to practical skills and new hobbies. From sewing and jewelry-making to culinary classes and arts, they build creativity and hands-on skills that empower self-expression. For students passionate about animals and community service, our partnerships with local nonprofits allow them to support animal shelters and learn about wildlife conservation firsthand.
For those with a love of sports and the outdoors, we offer an exciting range of athletic options such as climbing, mountain biking, and pickleball. These activities not only promote physical fitness but also develop teamwork, resilience, and confidence.
Our MYP Explorations program provides students with unforgettable experiences that build life skills, instill a passion for learning, and help them become well-rounded, compassionate individuals. At Seven Peaks, Fridays are truly a day of exploration, growth, and inspiration.
