Technology

Seven Peaks houses a full computer lab as well as additional classroom sets of computers for students’ use throughout the day. Several classes utilize Smart Boards and other interactive technology. Our students use both desktop and laptop computers to research, analyze data, publish work and master typing.

Middle School students attend a Technology class two times per week. Applications include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Encarta, Google Docs, Google SketchUp, Geometer’s Sketchpad, Mavis Beacon Typing, Khan Academy Math and Vernier Science Probes.

Families monitor student progress through our online accountability program, Edline. Parents have private access to student grades, assignments and test scores. Keeping parents informed is a priority for us at Seven Peaks.
