Community

The idea of "community" is a prominent theme at Seven Peaks. We feel that creating a sense of community, both within our school and beyond, is critical for the success of our students, school, our local community and our world.

Below are some examples of Seven Peaks' efforts to promote the spirit of Community:

Core Virtues Program - This program teaches students about personal behavior and how their actions impact others. The Core Virtues Curriculum is an integral part of character development at Seven Peaks. See the Core Curriculum section under About Seven Peaks in this website for more detail on this unique program.

Parent Involvement - Parents are required to share their time and talents with the Seven Peaks community. There are endless ways in which families can donate their time: classroom volunteering, Board volunteering, fundraising activities, elective leader, lunch service, athletic coaching, administrative support, community outreach, music and art programs, and much more!

Giving Back to the Community - Seven Peaks actively coordinates programs that make it easy for students and families to contribute to community programs such as Sparrow Club, Habitat for Humanity, the Humane Society, NeighborImpact, Bethlehem Inn, Project Homeless Connect, Healing Reins and others.

Giving to Seven Peaks - Fundraising is critical to the success of Seven Peaks. Without the generous donations from our families and community, Seven Peaks would be unable to keep our tuition at a reasonable rate and would be unable to offer financial aid to students in need of assistance.
